Terms and Conditions

1. Payment must be made within 24hrs after confirmation of order email has been sent out from us. Failure to do so will result in voiding the entire order.

2. Goods sold are non-refundable.

3. Order may not be cancelled once payment has been made. If a product(s) is not available from respective vendor, we will refund the amount for that product(s). The amount refunded is according to the price listed in the Order Confirmation email.

4. We will send customers an email once order has been submitted to the Seller. It is customers' responsibilities to make sure that our emails do not get into junk mail by mistake.

5. Price is finalized and inclusive of courier fee from US/Japan to Singapore once confirmation email is sent to customer to make payment.

6. Please clarify all doubts before confirmation as we will not be responsible for any miscommunication.

7. Please take note that we will not be responsible for any damage made to the products by 3rd party.

8. Distribution of items are by NORMAL or REGISTERED MAIL unless your order consists of one item that has a value of more than 400SGD.

9. Meet up will be arranged provided that you purchased goods with one item that is more than 400SGD. We take special precaution to ensure that expensive products will not be sent out by normal mail.

10. The pace of how fast the goods will arrive depends on international freight carriers and will not be our responsibilities of late delivery. An official email will be send out once the goods has arrived in Singapore.

11. In the event that Vendor send us the wrong items and differ from your order, we will inform you of the situation immediately. We will also try to help customers return the items, provided that customer is aware and willing to take liability for any charges and delay in getting the goods. Please take note of the inconvenience involved and customers will bear any additional charges that may incur from the Vendor due to this exchange situation.

12. We will not be responsible for any items that we have posted out using Singapore Post therefore we strongly advised customers to use registered mail in such event and arrange meet up with us for expensive products.

13. It is customers' responsibility to ensure the correct size and color of the product and its availability before submitting the order. Please read and go through the item details carefully on Vendor's official website.

14. We will only ask for customers' bank details if refund is involved. Please note that we respect each individual privacy and your personal details are safe with us. All information submitted to us will be kept confidentially and will not be disclosed to third party

15. Exchange rate may fluctuate at times depending on the market situation so we will peg our rates slightly higher than the market value
